I have always given customers a coupon for next purchase if ever they want to return as a way to say thank you for the purchase. I have also been including extras like postcards with a personalized written message on one side. I include a 20% off coupon for their next order to everyone. If a customer buys something other than a set of jewelry, I will often make a pair of matching earrings as a gift. For me, nothing makes or breaks a business quite like customer service. If I get great customer service from a company, I'll almost always go back and tell my friends about it. Bad customer service, though, is a killer in my book.
