I don't know why, but this year I REALLY am not into the holiday spirit. Have barely started shopping (and if I did, don't know what I would give), let alone decorating. But I came across an article this morning that has me thinking about decorating......it's perfect for the cash or time strapped. Enjoy!

ReplyDeleteI do get a tiny purple tinsel tree up - it's about a foot tall with lights and sets up in a minute... just makes me smile. Or some years I get a Cypress Knee Santa out of the attic. Beyond those two items... it's too much trouble!
OMG!!! I go totally OVERBOARD for Christmas!! We have four trees in our house!! Decorations in every room - even in the powder room!!! Enough lights in the yard that a plane could land!! I LOVE CHRISTMAS!!!

ReplyDeleteThe light strings in a jar is a cute and easy idea. Red is a good pop color and if you have light colored and uncluttered rooms, this works well. (What does 'uncluttered' mean?)
